Rename Images After Uploading

Hello!

I love using your plugin. I have a need to rename photos uploaded to the form using the form data.

I’d like the image files to be renamed:

[Date]_[Name of Project].[file extension]

Is that possible?

Edit: I would likely need a unique identifier as well, right?
