Accordion

I have a form for submissions for projects in an awards program. I am trying to create a simple accordion that will allow the Field Group to collapse. I will have about 10 Field Groups but if individuals only want to submit one project, they do not have to scroll page lengths to click a Submit Button. I was thinking an accordion that could expand and collapse the Field Groups would be a great solution for this. However, my efforts to find a solution have failed so far. I have searched the internet and cannot find a good solution. Any ideas?
