My Forminator forms are not loading on my website. The pages are:

The plugins I have are: Siteground Central, Security Optimizer, Speed Optimizer, Elementor, Forminator, Yoast, All-in-one WP Migration, and Duplicate Page.
I’ve been able to fix the issue a few times temporarily by clearing the cache manually and by disabling the Speed Optimizer plugin, but it always goes back to not showing. I think it might be a plugin clash but I haven’t been able to figure it out by process of elimination. It’s causing a lot of stress because I feel like I can’t trust the plugin and I have to check it every day to make sure it’s working. Can you please help? Thanks.
