Blank form submissions & destination email issue

Hi. Forminator often sends form submission emails to all users with just the words “Form submission” in the body of the email, and the title of the email is “Form submission from VWSH website.” I suspect this is some sort of bot-generated submission. When a legit form submission is sent to us, the subject line reads “New submission from VWSH contact form” but the form is sent to me only, and not to any of my users.

Any idea what’s happening?
