My client just told me that their email routing on their contact form isn’t working. It’s sending to multiple people that aren’t actually assigned to those specific areas of the business. For example only a few recipients should receive Eagle Rock {eaglerock} inquiries. {eaglerock} is the ID of the checkbox field which is {checkbox-16}. It should only be sending to those sales managers that work with Eagle Rock except it’s sending to several other people that aren’t setup for this condition.
Can you help me? I have WP Mail SMTP connected and configured and receiving the notifications is NOT the problem. But rather, the email routing isn’t working right. The latest forminator allows you to select inside the “Send To” condition the actual checkbox and then say “IS” and then select the Checkbox name which it automatically detects because it’s associated the checkbox field with the correct checkbox field.
My setup is flawless so I’m wondering why it’s not routing correctly? All email addresses are spelled correctly, I use a comma and then a space after the comma so that shouldn’t impact anything?
