Date picker not working

Hi,

We have a short contact form with a date picker field at the end which isn’t working. When clicked, the date field displays ‘Dec’ in the month selector field and all the dates are greyed-out. It’s not possible to select a different month or year. We’ve tried with / without AJAX loading and it makes no difference.
