I have an iphone 15 user that’s experiencing issues with the “phone field” on my registration form. It will not accept the numbers entered into the field (it provides an error message). I believe the error message says something like “please input a valid international number).
I’ve witnessed the issue on the user’s phone and couldn’t identify a solution (even when refreshing the browser and/or selecting the appropriate international code – which is “United States” for this user). I’m also unable to duplicate/replicate the issue on older ios or android devices. This issue doesn’t occur through laptop/desktop use.
I suspect there may be a bug that’s not being accounted for. The user is unsure of the web browser they’re using on that device.
