Hi Team!
I’m experiencing an issue with our Stripe integration. After successful payments, we’re not receiving the corresponding form submissions or confirmation emails for about 10% of cases.
The payments are successfully processed and appear in Stripe, but the associated form data is missing.
Notably:
The Form Report shows the correct total number of submissions.
The Submissions Panel is missing about 10% of the entries, including all the details we need to collect from our customers.
Any help in identifying and resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
