There are many more forms on the website which are the exact same short code and they all look good in the editing mode but once I view the live version, it goes back to default format.
I will also note that I’ve made more forms on different pages like this one: https://isaach18.sg-host.com/promotions/ and the same thing has occured.
I tried reaching out to elementor but they suggested I come here. I don’t want to fiddle with the settings too much as I would end up doing more harm than good.
