Auto Update fileds with Month and week number

I need help with my Elementor form. I have a field where I enter the date in the format: d-m-y each time the form is filled out. I want to add two hidden fields:

1. Week number: e.g., 1 for the week of January 1st – 7th, 2 for the week of January 8th – 15th, and so on.
2. Month: January, February, March, etc., based on the date selected in the date field.

Additionally, I would like these fields to be automatically populated for all previously submitted forms as well. Could you please assist me in adding these fields and regenerating the information for all submitted forms?
