Hello!
I want to be able to generate a random “username” when people use my registration form.
I need some way to populate the hidden field with a random number, so that can be used as username. (Or some string of characters, like USR015746, really doesnt matter)
Now i had a workaround where i used the email as username, but whenever a user changes its mail the username stays on that mail, causing it to be unusable in further registrations.
I’ve looked all over the forums, found different URLs with code snippets but i cannot get it to work after spending my whole evening on it.
None of them seem to be exactly what i’m look for anyway.
Hope someone can help me out with this one.
