I am using the plugin found here https://gist.github.com/wpmudev-sls/cc487c4c560cc1f8e21c901aaf114c00 to add star ratings to my form and it works well although only if the form is used on a page. If I add the form to a post, there are blank spaces where the stars should appear. What would cause this?
