Poll available only once per user, but allow multiple times per IP

I have seen a few threads on the forum regarding limiting polls to only once per user. However, how do I get by the IP restriction?

For example, we have a poll where all members can vote. In some cases, there are multiple members from the same household, and so therefore will be voting from the same IP/device. So, I would like to require users to be logged in to view the poll, and limit to only one response per user.
