Is there a way to add a single checkbox?

I want to add a single checkbox instead of a checkbox group (for questions like “I agree to such such such” for example). Is that possible? I’ve tried to add a checkbox with one option, and a blank label. That works okay as far as the form goes but when you look at the submission it still says “Checkbox” in the label.
