Problem with “radio” select option in form

In my forum if someone selects the option (radio) you can not see that this option has been selected. In my forum if someone selects the option “radio” you can not see that this option has been selected. I tried changing the settings but nothing worked.

Everything worked fine before because the customers filled out the form, but today I added one option and from then on the option selection stopped displaying.
