Hi, I use a Forminator Form for Event planners to submit events for our Calendar. It was worked fine for over 150 submissions but last week a major event producer started submitting events using the form and after about 2 it attempted to submit and hung for 15-18 seconds then displayed the error. They tried multiple times and tried multiple browsers and a different computer and on different days at two different IP addresses.
I have not been able to reproduce the error.
It uses Ajax on Submission and Validation on Submit and Load Form Using Ajax. I had Honeypot enabled and then disabled but errors occurred both ways.
The Recaptcha displays no errors.
A Debug bar was activated during submissions and no errors showed. Server logs showed no errors.
