Problem choosing country code in phone section

Hello,

In version 1.3.1 of the plugin, the Country & Phone Area option was working fine. Example: https://www.markergroupe.com/contact/

But after the last update, in version 1.32, the country code selection section in the phone section on the mobile side is problematic. Example: https://smiledentalglobal.com/
