Submission not coming though to email

I have set up the form and it works perfectly. The only problem is if I put my business email address in for the submission to go to, it doesn’t go through, but If I change it to my personal email then the submissions comes through. What is stopping the email coming through to my work email address, I have checked junk emails etc but the email address is working fine.
