Integrate Toggle block in form

Hi there,

is there any possibility to integrate something like the Elementor Toggle widget / block into a form? Maybe via a shortcode? if I copy the html code forminator parses not everything and kicks out js. is there anyway to include something like this in the forms? Or are there otherway to create a toggle block? Which can show and hide information on a click and is hidden at load?
