I hope this message finds you well.
I am encountering an issue with the forms on our website; this happens to all of them (3). When users submit a form, it remains in the “sending message” state for an extended period before displaying an error message that says, “An error occurred when processing the form, please try again.”
However, despite this error message, the form submissions are still reaching the email inbox successfully.
This issue is causing confusion among our customers, and we need to resolve it as soon as possible. To troubleshoot, I have already tried deactivating all plugins, but the issue persists.
