Forminator v 1.34.0 on WordPress 6.6.1 (also happened on 6.5.5, 6.6); Twenty-Twenty-Four theme (also happens with FastX theme). I attempted rollback to Forminator v1.33.0, experienced same behavior.

Form renders just fine, almost immediately, when I navigate to the page while logged into WordPress site. Form does not render 95% of the time when not logged in (Incognito Window, etc.).

Chrome DevTools > Sources show show resources loaded from http://www.paypal.com when form renders. No resources loaded from Source http://www.paypal.com when form does not render. I’ve configured Incognito Mode / Guest Browser instance to trust 3rd party cookies from my site.

Form is configured with following Behavior:

  • Method: Ajax
  • Validation: OnSubmit (Enable inline validation on)
  • Submission Indicator: Show Loader
  • Require SSL certificate to submit this form: ON
  • Autofill: ON
  • Security - Honeypot: ON
  • Security - Enable Akismet Spam Protection: ON
  • Enable logged in submission only: OFF
  • Lifespan – Expiry: None
  • Rendering – Load form using AJAX: ON
  • Rendering – Prevent page caching on form pages: ON
  • Save and Continue: OFF

After hitting submit, I will try adjusting settings for Italicized options above. If those do not work, I will (reluctantly and temporarily) try adjusting the TypewriterText options above.
