A short code generated by the plugin is the only copy on a test page I’ve made and the form refuses to appear. The html isn’t being generated into the page, that is clear. It’s not the case that say the code is there but there is a JS error or that the form is hidden, as I’ve seen in other forum posts.
Short codes generally are working, i can use default WP ones like [url] and it works no problem.
Can you please advise how I can troubleshoot this ?
