Hello,
So I have added 3 emails on the admin list for receiving notifications of form submissions. All 3 emails are from Oxford University. The 2 emails from one department receive the notifications without problems. However, the 3rd email, from a different department, won’t receive them. It’s not going to spam or junk either. I don’t know how to solve this issue.
P.S: The website is under construction right now but I have published the form and performed 2 tests which resulted in the same outcome described above.
