Email Notification Issue Subject and From Email

Hello, start from version 1.34.0 Email Notifications has issue that when changing Email -> Subject field same time Advanced -> From Email  changed also, and will have equal values, Same bug if change Advanced -> From Email will change also Email -> Subject, to different fields same value. Tested on different pages same bug. Tested on version 1.33 no bug.
