[Forminator] is not generating email notifications

I have several forms on my website.

All of the forms will successfully accept submissions and the information will be saved on the site. So if I log into the dashboard and access the Forminator plugin section, I can see all of the submissions.

However, Forminator is NOT generating confirmation emails sent to the submitter. Forminator is also not generating notification emails letting me know that a form has been filled out.

I have tried changing everything except deleting the entire form and starting over.

I don’t log into my site on a daily basis, only when I need to make updates or changes. So I rely on these email notifications to alert me to new customer inquiries.
