How to customise the fields in the email

Hi everyone,

I love the plugin but either I’m crazy or there’s no way to customise the name of the field in the sent email? 🤔

I’ve added a text area with no label and no name. How do I change the name of it so that it says “Message:” in the sent email instead of “Textarea”?
