Integrating ACF Field with Forminator Form for Redirect

I am reaching out for assistance with integrating Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) with a Forminator form. I have created an options page using the ACF plugin and added a URL field to it. The field is named full_width_header_footer_1_link.

I would like to achieve the following:

Form Submission Redirect: After a user submits the Forminator form, I need the form to redirect them to the URL specified in the ACF field full_width_header_footer_1_link
The URL from the ACF field should be used for the redirection after submission.

Forminator Form ID: 7422
