Required Fields

Hi, for required files by default it shows a red asterisk. Is there a way to replace the astericks with the actual word “Required” written out?

For example: Full Name (Required)

I can add the text to the field label, but I can’t change the color to red or stylize it in anyway.

Any help would be appreciated,
