Hi Kris,
As requested – here is a new help request.
The quiz I have created via forminator works perfectly fine on desktop

However, on mobile – when you finish the quiz and click submit (I’ve renamed this button to “get results”) nothing happens.
A form should appear beneath the quiz when that button is clicked – but it doesn’t.
I’ve cleared cache, tried different browsers – all of it – no luck so far.
Please help!
