Issue with Email Notifications in Forminator

Dear Forminator Support,

I’m experiencing an issue with the Forminator plugin on my website. When a customer fills out and submits the contact form, the email notifications are not being delivered to my email address

I have configured the SMTP settings correctly, and I’ve also confirmed that there are no restrictions on the email service from my hosting provider (SiteGround). However, the issue persists.

Could you please assist me in identifying whether this is a plugin-related issue, or if there’s anything else I need to check in the Forminator configuration?
