Hi there,
Our website has two forms – one for contact and one to sign up for membership. We only have one audience in mailchimp. So, we’d like to tag or apply a group to a user when they submit a form, based on their answer to the same question in each form – which asks if they are currently a member or not. I thought I’d try using tags first, but when I connect the form with mailchimp via the forminator integration process, no tags appear after selecting the audience. How do I get this to work please?
