We have been using Forminator for a couple of years now and last night we suddenly stopped receiving our notification emails – e.g. contact us, payment forms, booking confirmations, everything. They are not in our Spam folder and we have not changed anything in our settings. I tested the contact us form using my personal email address and received the confirmation email to my gmail account but not the enquiry to our work address. At this time of year this is a bit of a disaster for us as we have customers buying gift vouchers – we are receiving the payment confirmations from Stripe – but we are struggling to process without the form submissions. Any help would be gratefully appreciated!
